Jon began work on Wall St. with Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, in their respective investment banking divisions. Next, Jon went on to late stage Venture Capital, as an investment committee member of Investor AB’s $2.0B evergreen VC fund, Investor Growth Capital (IGC) in Menlo Park, CA. Following IGC, Jon went into an operating role for Ayasdi (a Kleiner Perkins funded machine learning company, spun out of the Stanford Math Dept.) that took him to living in Zurich Switzerland while working with Credit Suisse’s internal Swiss Private Banking clients surrounding account & transaction pattern recognition. After briefly moving to Vancouver, Canada – Jon found his way back to the U.S. in 2016 for a job at Google, ultimately leading a record-breaking sales team in Google Cloud, in their financial services and healthcare divisions. Jon helped develop patient health cloud architectures, as well as high frequency trading use cases, in addition to executing multi-million dollar cloud committed spend contracts. In early 2019, Jon left Google to work more closely with his father at Manitou, and has become very involved with Janbo.bio
