Manitou Consulting Services, LLC (MCS) is a corporate financial consulting firm and capital advisor for growing companies. Our advisory clients typically have the need to raise capital, complete a business plan, or understand their financial strategy with respect financing alternatives. Beyond advisory services, MCS is frequently tapped to structure, solicit, place and manage investment capital from our network of investors. MCS leverages our founder, Victor L. Mohoney’s four decades of experience. 

How We Raise Capital

MCS succeeds by quickly finding appropriate growth capital financing solutions that limit ownership dilution for our clients.  We use a proven methodology in order to source capital and negotiate financing terms that satisfy both our clients and financial institutions. 

MCS raises both debt and equity on behalf of our clients.  Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our clients don’t give up control of their business to outside investors in order to support growth.  We help our clients transform their business to high growth enterprises with high multiple valuations.

A New Chapter

In the past two years, MCS has expanded scope to serve the growing Biotechnology sector in Madison (where the first human embryonic stem cell line was derived in 1998 under Jamie Thomson). Specifically, MCS is involved in raising venture capital, corporate advisory, new business line development & launch, and monetizing existing business lines.
